Project Description
The project generally consists of the replacement of existing roofing and mechanical systems, with associated utilities and site work. Roofing work consisted of approximately 46,000sqft of tear off and replacement, structural roof framing, HVAC work including the upgrade of 29 units with associated duct work and controls, as well as over 1200 feet of new underground utilities.
