Project Description

CWS Construction Group, Inc. was reponsible for the interior renovation of the AD building main level, which included existing concrete and wood structure, two-story classroom building with basement. CWS Construction Group, Inc. converted the existing administrative space and offices, approximately 4,860 square feet, to new classrooms.  The work included structural work, new walls, mechanical, electrical, lighting, finishes, plumbing in new gender-neutral rest room.  Work also included minor repair of finishes to additional 1,640 gross sf. of office, storage, and rest room space. Work included structural roof work for mechanical units and basement work for plumbing and electrical.
